Thank you Jesmy for making our trip to Cuba such a great success. You were highly recommended, but they were short on accolades. You were so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and easy to work with. After 57 years of not going to Cuba, I was very nervous and worried about all the necessary documentations, applications of special visas, etc., especially traveling with my 98 year old mother, along with another 6 family member and friends. I put everything in your hands and you made it happen without a glitch and seamless. I could never thank you enough for everything you did for us here and for our very exceptional, marvelous and unforgettable experience in Cuba. Everything was just PERFECT! We are all so looking forward to booking our next trip with you.

We still have people with “Customer Service” skills, and you will find them in “Alas Cuba”. They are courteous, efficient and proof of it is that your package gets to Cuba in less than a week!!! Good job, “Alas Cuba”!!! Keep it up!

Great place to plan your trip to Cuba,ours was a success. I highly recommended, Jesmy and the two ladys that are at the entrance. They are knowledgeable, professional and super friendly, and easy to work with. They help you and explain all about the necessary documentation, applications, or special visas.
